I am coming apon one year since my injury. I am still working and managing my health and treatment through workers comp. Its been very disapointing and spotty at best. We all know the short comings of workers comp.

I would really value talking to people who know how to navigate through workers comp system.

Please respond if you like to share lessons learned and move on to finding the the kind of treament that helps.

Hi Karen,

Do you mind sharing what aspects of workers comp you want more info on? I found there's various aspects of workers comp such as vocational rehab, choosing your own MD, choosing your own type of treatment (physical therapy, Feldenkrais, biofeedback, etc.), getting paid for ancillary services and so on.
