Hey Roger- Whats up? we're all doing well out here in the east bay. Got me a K8 Hayabusa orange/black. Man what a bike!!!! hope all is well out there in Gilroy, I sure miss the neighborhood. I bet traffic is starting to pick up with the new school they built out there. I'm working on the 5th of April so I won't be able to make the ride. Anyways I'll catch ya on the next one.. talk to ya soon ......GET A BUSA!!!!

Thanks for the shout. I did mostly swedish but just used too much pressure. I think just some people are more susceptible to rsi's. You are lucky...10 years doing massage, you must be doing something right. I didn't stretch enough and I didn't stop in time.
