A monthly group for anybody who has repetitive strain injury/carpal tunnel syndrome or pain in hands or arms after too much computer work. We will offer four therapies in a half day session, all in a group: trigger point therapy (a form of physio), upper body Pilates, CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy to understand the mindbody connection in RSI) and Alexander technique for posture. All these have helped me.
For runners at any level, come along and learn how to train to improve your fitness, run faster, longer and without injury among fellow runners in a fun and friendly environment.
